Château Josué Medium Roast Drip Coffee is made from a superior, single-origin bean. Our select beans are an exclusive offering from a farm in Ethiopia that uses the traditional method of naturally drying each harvest of its coffee in the sun for up to six weeks. This process is only possible in places around the globe with low humidity and infrequent rain, making Ethiopia the perfect fertile ground for our unique offering.
The Process:
This natural process doesn't require the introduction of any additional water or machines, allowing the seeds to slowly and thoroughly absorb the full flavor of the fruit prior to separation for the utmost in unique sweetness. Once fully dried, they're sent off for hulling, where the seeds are separated from the rest of the dried fruit before the final stage of roasting.
